Pricing FAQ
- What counts as a tool run?
- Runs are spent where we pay per call: fetching comments and transcripts, and every API call. The free tools — tag extractor, subscriber count, playlist length, ID lookups, thumbnail tester — are unlimited and do not touch your quota.
- What are AI credits?
- AI credits cover model work: the agent chat, comment analysis and summaries, the title and description writers, generated charts and images. They are billed separately from runs because the underlying model cost is much higher.
- Which tools are free?
- Everything that costs us nothing to run — the tag extractor, subscriber counts, playlist maths, ID lookups, the thumbnail tester — is unlimited for everyone. Tools that cost us a fetch or model time run on quota: comments, transcripts and summaries spend runs, and the AI writers, profile pictures and agent chat give you a taste for free before they continue on a plan.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. A free account gives you 10 tool runs per day, full results and a free sample of every AI tool, with no card required. API access, exports and scheduling start on Starter.
- What happens when I hit my quota?
- The tool tells you when the quota resets instead of failing silently. Paid plans can keep going on metered overage at the per-1,000 rate for the plan.
- Do I get an API key on every paid plan?
- Yes. Starter already includes the API key and MCP server access — you do not need to upgrade to build against PostLink. Higher plans raise the rate limits and quotas.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from the billing page at any time with no cancellation fee, and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
